The innovative combined system S9000

The S 9000 is a versatile, state-of-the-art system for windows, doors and sliding doors with a choice of two or three sealing levels.

Combinations in the S 9000 system

Windows suitable for passive houses, also available in the colored version

GEALAN-FUTURA® is the combination of individual profiles within the S 9000 system. It offers the possibility to build, using standard profiles and standard 2 mm steel stiffeners, and colored window elements for passive houses, in accordance with the ift directive WA- 15/2. The verified Uf coefficient of 0.89 W/(m²K) confirms the excellent basic thermal insulation characteristics. With GEALAN-FUTURA®, when using the STV® bonding technique, maximum sash dimensions of up to 2.40 m are possible.

GEALAN-LUMAXX®

Optimized geometries

During the development of GEALAN-LUMAXX®, the entire geometry of the frame was optimized, while the profile widths were compressed to a minimum. The designers paid special attention to achieving a balanced relationship between insulating and static properties, as well as a perfect interaction of the components. The symmetrical effect of the narrow mullion also simplifies the flexibility of use in window construction.

Less frame visible

A direct comparison proves: the new GEALAN-LUMAXX® is significantly narrower than previous frame combinations. In the past, upright designs often required a width of up to 150mm or more. Heavy, unattractive bars ruined the outline of the window and let much less light into the room. Thin sight lines can finally be achieved with the new system without sacrificing ease of use and security.

No compromises

Despite the focus on narrow sightlines, the new strip/pillar profile doesn't compromise when it comes to statics. Both use a specific steel which, due to its static properties, allows elements up to 2.30m in white and 2.20m in colour. In combination with STV® binding technology, element sizes of up to 2.50 m in white and 2.40 m in color are possible.

The coloring process within the S 9000 system

GEALAN offers a wide range of options for the design of colored PVC windows. One of these is the established GEALAN-acrylcolor® surface technology. The colored acrylic layer is scratch resistant, easy to clean and weather resistant. Windows with GEALAN-acrylcolor® thus meet the highest technical and functional requirements for innovative, colored surfaces.

The numerous design possibilities for colored window and door profiles are also offered by GEALAN's extensive decorative foil program. The standard delivery program already offers a wide range of color variants. Additional shades and textures are available upon request.
