The MB-60E system is intended for the execution of doors with a thermal barrier, as well as for the construction of windows that are inserted into the door.

The MB-60E system is intended for the execution of doors with a thermal barrier, as well as for the construction of windows that are inserted into the door. It allows us to obtain a construction that offers good functional properties, combined with high technical parameters, low production cost, comfort and shorter time for door installation. The MB-60E system is a part of the MB-60 system for doors and windows, so a characteristic feature of it is the close compatibility with other door and window systems manufactured by ALUPROF SA, which allows the joint use of accessories and glass rods . The construction depth of the profile is three-chamber and equal to 60 mm.

The sash surface is aligned with the door frame on the outside and the sash is coplanar with the frame on the inside. The glass package that can be mounted in the MB-60E system can vary from 5 to 41 mm. Pre-cutting the gaskets applied when installing the glass panels minimizes the number of trims and ensures high tightness.

The system allows the use of common hardware with other systems: locks, hinges, etc. The design of the profiles makes it possible to quickly install the hardware and there are also several options available for the lower thresholds of the doors.

Despite the idea that the MB-60E is an economical product, the thermal insulation of the basic MB-60 system is ensured. An additional important advantage is the possibility of bending the profiles, allowing you to perform different types of circular arch constructions.

The MB-60E system can also be manufactured in the MB-60E HI version with greater thermal insulation. The improved thermal insulation is achieved through the central chambers of the aluminum profile and through special connections, which can produce a low thermal transmission of the heat flow throughout the structure, at the same time limiting convection and thermal radiation.
